Not everyone is ready for the commitment of 1:1 coaching for a variety of reasons. I created A Gentle Guide to aid those who want a less intensive, independent approach to creating change.
This service includes two 30 minute consultations (in-person or via Google Meet/Zoom). The first meeting is used to get to know the client – their goals, needs, and knowledge of overall wellness. From there, I will create a personalized guide that includes nutrition guidance (how to build a healthy plate, a breakdown of carbs, fats, and proteins, etc.), tips for managing stress (breath work, active meditation, screen time guidance, etc.) and tips for overall wellness (sleep habits, grocery shopping tips). The second consultation is up to the client! It can be used any time after the guide is sent out.
Key differences from 1:1 health coaching: This is a one-time purchase. You will not have daily access to me for questions/concerns/adjustments. This is more of a gentle guide for anyone who may not want to commit to monthly payments, or just wants a more independent approach to change.
If you decide you would like to transition to 1:1 coaching at any point after purchase, you will get a $10 monthly discount for 3 months!
