Hey there! I’m Dolores, the founder of Gentle Soul Wellness. I am a certified nutrition coach (PN1-NC), CrossFit coach, and self-proclaimed barista. Health Coaching


I get to know you through an in-depth Zoom call. We’ll talk goals, struggles, personality, cover how to use my app, etc. We will also make sure we’re a good fit for each other!

I will create a long-term plan, but introduce it to you in small, weekly goals (nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, etc). We will talk daily/weekly/biweekly to monitor progress to answer questions/help you through any rough patches.

As you progress and meet your goals, we will modify daily/weekly tasks accordingly. There’s no “graduation” here. We will just continue to dive further into each dimension of deep health!
