Protein is my enemy. I feel like no matter how hard I try, I can never hit my protein protein goal! Something that has helped get closer to meeting my macros is Ascent protein. It’s a super clean powder that mixes EXTREMELY well into any liquid, yogurt, and oats. 1 scoop has 25g of protein, so you really can’t go wrong! My favorite is the lemon mixed with coconut water…so good! I also really like to mix all of the flavors with plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and fruit for a tasty breakfast!
