Health is more than just what you eat and how you exercise. It’s a culmination of what makes you, you! Your career, your stress levels, your family status, your preferences of food and activities, etc. That’s why I call my service health coaching. You won’t be getting a piece of paper with your macro split and total calories. You will get a coach who gets to know you, looks at every aspect of your life, and develops a plan accordingly based on your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or just feel better overall…I would love to chat with you!

Very Merry Macros
Want to take the stress out of eating during the holidays, but don’t want to commit to 1:1 health coaching? Very Merry Macros is for you! With this program, you will receive a breakdown of what exactly macros are, how many servings of each macro you should be eating per meal (specific to your current body weight), and a guide to help you navigate this plan successfully through all of your holiday gatherings!
Discovery/Consultation Call
If you’re unsure about taking the plunge into hiring a 1-on-1 coach, I get it! It’s an investment and you need to be sure it’s something you really want. This is what the discovery call is for. It’s a chance for you to meet me and vice versa. You can ask me any questions you have about health coaching (what it looks like, how it works, what your responsibilities will be, etc.). This is a Zoom call (phone and other meetings can be arranged) that will last 30 minutes to an hour.
